Additional fees, taxes, resort fees, service charges, currency fluctuations, or other costs may apply.
6. Payments and Cancellations

You are responsible for making required payments by the applicable deadlines.
Failure to make a required payment on time may result in cancellation of reservations, loss of deposits, penalties, or other charges imposed by the applicable travel supplier.
Where applicable, Pas Luxe Travel will communicate relevant payment and cancellation terms to you.
Supplier cancellation and refund policies may apply regardless of whether a cancellation is requested through Pas Luxe Travel.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance may provide protection for circumstances such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss, delays, or other unforeseen events, depending on the policy purchased.
Pas Luxe Travel does not guarantee coverage under any travel insurance policy.

10. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to plan and arrange their travel.
This may include:

• Dates of birth
• Travel dates
• Passport information when required
• Contact information
• Travel preferences
• Special requests
• Dietary or accessibility needs
• Other information relevant to the requested services
Pas Luxe Travel is not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by a client.
Clients are also responsible for reviewing their travel documents, confirmations, itineraries, and reservations and notifying Pas Luxe Travel promptly of any errors.
11. Health, Safety, and Personal Circumstances
Travel involves inherent risks, and certain destinations, activities, transportation methods, and accommodations may present risks.
Clients are responsible for making their own decisions regarding their health, safety, fitness, and ability to participate in travel activities.
Pas Luxe Travel does not provide medical, legal, immigration, or financial advice.
You should consult the appropriate qualified professional when such advice is necessary.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pas Luxe Travel shall not be liable for losses, damages, injuries, delays, cancellations, expenses, or other consequences arising from the acts, omissions, negligence, insolvency, or failures of independent third-party travel suppliers.
This includes, without limitation, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, guides, restaurants, activity providers, and other independent suppliers.
Pas Luxe Travel is also not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including those described in Section 9.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
